These training guides will show you the best way to teach your dog to carry through on a command, improving your communication skills so you both get the most out of your training sessions.
Innotek states in their operating guide that pet owners should monitor their dog during the first session with the collar and expect their dog to go through multiple sessions before learning not to bark.

These sessions are to help people learn to work with an assistance animal.
With repeated 15 minute sessions, you should be able to train your dog to heel both on and off leash.
