Wrapping ribbon around the ring base is a quick way to make a great looking candle wreath.
If desired, glue a line of ribbon at the top or bottom of the cup for additional color.
Gluing the gems at the top and the ribbon at the bottom is usually preferred so the ribbon will hide melted wax as a candle is burned.
