Make vegan sushi by wrapping avocados, carrots, cooked sweet potato, and other plant-based fillings with sushi rice in a nori sheet.
To make a standard roll, you need nori (sheets of flat seaweed), a wooden rice paddle, a rolling mat, and Japanese sushi rice.
Cook the rice as directed on the package, and spread a thin portion of it on most of a nori sheet.
Finally, roll up the nori sheet tightly, pressing the ends together at the top.
When served cold, look for zaru udon which is udon topped with nori.
